Can I get my photos taken before ceremony day?

Yes, on Thursday 17th May, there will be a photographer available to the Doctoral students graduating the following day for professional portrait shots.

Location: Level 7 - Seminar Rooms 1 & 2
Time: 1 PM – 6 PM

Pre-booking your portrait session reduces your waiting time and allows us to better prepare for your arrival.  Pre-book here.

The photographer will take a range of shots both of you in traditional portrait styles and family and friend group shots. Sample RMIT testamurs will be available for your photos.

 

Can I get my photos taken on ceremony day?

Our studios will be available before and after the Doctoral ceremony on Friday 18th May.  

Location: Storey Hall, Level 7, Seminar Rooms 1 & 2

Before the ceremony: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
After the ceremony: 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM (approximately)

Your photographer will carefully arrange your gown and take you through a range of poses of yourself as well as with family and friends. 

 

Do I get a specific appointment time when I pre-book my photo session?

No. Due to time constraints, we can’t book in a specific time for your session. We suggest you pre-book online to save time, but if you choose to book on the day of the ceremony make sure you arrive as early as possible to register at our customer service desk.
 

 

After the event

Your images will be available to view and order online in 48 hours via rmit.reedgraduations.com.au. A range of sizes and styles are available to choose from as well as digital copies of your images. 

Reed Graduations are dedicated to providing only the absolute highest level of quality. Your printed images will be thoughtfully re-touched, carefully packaged and delivered to your door or post office approximately 2 weeks after ordering.
