Frequently Asked Questions
Our Graduation Rings are custom-made and will not be made ready for your graduation day. Ring orders can take 8-10 weeks to process. Once your custom ring is ready, we will post it out to you. If you have pre-ordered a Graduation Ring, please see our staff on one of the Gown and Ticket Collections day to finalise your order further.
Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of completing your order for your custom graduation ring to be ready. Expect delays if ordering around the Christmas holiday period as we need to allow additional time for close of business.
